Hi, I’m Hanna. Nutritionist, nature lover, traveler, amateur chef, and movement enthusiast. Growing up between San Diego and Iceland, I developed an early affinity for sports and the outdoors. My passion for food and health began later with my personal search for a better diet & lifestyle. The trials & triumphs of my own journey sparked the desire to help others find the same joy in healthy eating and sustainable habits. What started with a few online courses on nutrition and holistic health eventually led to me obtaining my Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and becoming an AfN certified nutritionist in London. In order to further my education and really get down to the juicy details, I am currently studying to be a dietitian and achieve a Master of Science in Dietetics.
My ethos
Food is more than just what you eat to sustain yourself. Food is connection, culture, and celebration. Food is artistic expression, where your plate is the canvas and flavours are your colours, ready to be mixed to create rich and vibrant dishes.
The Art of Nutrition seeks to embody this ethos: that nutrition is not only functional and scientific, but beautiful and pleasurable. That food is both nourishment and art. Through the enjoyment and appreciation of food, we find our way back to the true essence of health and longevity.

Rather than focusing on restriction, The Art of Nutrition offers you insight into balance and abundance. With an emphasis on whole foods and wholesome habits, TAON aims to empower you as an individual to discover the importance of your health and how to fine tune the art of nourishing your body for a long and healthy lifetime.

Qualifications
Education & Certifications
MSc in Dietetics at UCL in London (due to complete Summer 2025).
BSc Nutrition from St. Mary’s University, Twickenham.
Certified Holistic Nutritionist from AFPA.
Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from eCornell.
Certified Yoga Instructor (200 Hours RYT) from. Yoga Tropics in compliance with Yoga Alliance.
Multiple Languages Available
In addition to all things food, I have a deep rooted love of languages. Over my lifetime I have learned 6 languages, and am happy to offer nutrition consultations in 4 of them: English, Icelandic, Spanish, and Italian. My innate curiosity for culture and exploration has allowed me to explore food and recipes from all over the world, which means more tailored meals that fit your personal taste and the flavours of your culture.
